Despite the obvious biological differences between women and men, women do face different challenges in the work world, especially leadership.   Those women who lead remarkably have and will continue to shape our society from the board room to the laundry room with many a valuable lesson to teach us all.

Far from a feminist manifesto, this session unpacks some self and environmentally imposed obstacles women continue to face and includes a collection of some of the best “how to” advice from the women throughout history and right under our noses today.  

This session speaks specifically to female professionals, but men are most definitely welcome and can benefit in a variety of ways.  Regardless of your chromosomes, everyone can benefit from leadership lessons and concepts that will be discussed.
