William T Hold Seminars provide the opportunity to dig deeper into coverages that were briefly touched on in the CISR program. WTH seminars can be used to meet the CISR update requirement, but are also open to anyone with an interest in the topics covered.

This course reviews many insurance concerns presented when owners of real and/or personal property share it with or rent it to others. We’ll also review concerns presented when services are provided to others for a fee. Examples of issues discussed include:

• concerns for owners and renters of homes
• home-sharing, ride-sharing, vehicle-sharing, “other”-sharing risks
• renting personal property and/or services to others  

This William T Hold seminar does not count toward earning your CISR or CISR Elite designation. This seminar is for update credit or CE credit only. There is NO exam. 

LIVE WEBINAR INFORMATION

1. When clicking on the link to the webinar, you will be asked to join the webinar via your internet browser or via the Adobe Connect app. We recommend joining via the app if you are able to (will initiate download to your computer once selected). If you are unable to access via the app, viewing the webinar through your browser is acceptable.

2. Computer or smart device with audio is required to view the webinar. Audio for these programs is available through the computer or app only so be sure you have speakers on your computer and that the volume is turned on. There is no telephone dial-in access.

3. Tablet and smartphone viewing is available through the Adobe Connect Mobile App.

4. The webinar access link will be provided prior to the webinar.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  No refund for cancellations within 10 business days of a class. Changes made within 10 business days of the class will incur a $35 processing fee. Substitutions are permitted with prior written notification. You must complete the program in its entirety.  Refunds will not be granted due to partial attendance. If you do not attend, and do not notify IIABSC 24 hours prior to the seminar, you will not be allowed to transfer your registration fee and will not receive a refund.  If you experience technical difficulties during the class and cannot complete it, IIABSC will transfer your registration fee to another CISR Live webinar, but no refund will be issued. All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing
