No exam is required for CE credit or for your CIC update. Exam is required to earn the CIC designation.

In the CIC Personal Lines Institute, you will focus on the Property Casualty insurance industry, covering topics related to Personal Residential and Personal Auto, including policy coverages, limitations, and exclusions. Through the use of examples of Personal Umbrella or Excess Policies, you will learn how to respond in the event of a loss. Topics covered include:

• Personal Automobile Coverages
• Personal Umbrella/Excess Coverages

EXAM INFORMATION
The exam is required only for individuals who are earning the CIC designation. The exam is available online during an exam window the week after the institute.

INSTITUTE CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund for cancellations within 10 business days of an Institute. Transfers/changes made within 10 business days of the class will incur a $125 processing fee. Other changes made within 30 days of institute will incur a $75 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted due to partial attendance.  If you do not attend, and do not notify IIABSC 24 hours prior to the seminar, you will not be allowed to transfer your registration fee and will not receive a refund. If you experience technical difficulties during the class and cannot complete it, IIABSC will transfer your registration fee to another CIC Live webinar, but no refund will be issued. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING.
