Effective March 2022, ISO released the first revision to it's Homeowners program in eleven(11) years! There are 13 new forms & endorsements and over 120 revisions to forms & endorsements. The CISR Insuring Personal Residential Property seminar has incorporated these new changes into the course curriculum.

The Insuring Personal Residential Property seminar helps you develop the expertise to guide your customers through the often complex and confusing process of purchasing homeowners insurance. More importantly, you will be able to provide practical information that will help clients make decisions for protecting their most valuable assets and their financial future in the event of a loss.

BE ON TIME! Class begins promptly as scheduled with registration beginning 30 minutes prior to class. Please remember that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late after the class begins, you WILL NOT receive CE credit.

EXAM INFORMATION: The exam is available online during an exam window beginning at 4:15 pm the day of the seminar and ending at 11:59 pm CST on Thursday of the week following the seminar.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund for cancellations within 10 business days of a class. Changes made within 10 business days of the class will incur a $35 processing fee. Substitutions are permitted with prior written notification. If you do not attend, and do not notify IIABSC 24 hours prior to the seminar, you will not be allowed to transfer your registration fee and will not receive a refund. All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing.
