Description

This course will look at the common challenges and pitfalls of contractual obligations and coverage issues. We will explore some possible coverage and risk management solutions in a variety of coverage areas particular to the construction industry. We will also examine the emerging trends and challenges unique to this industry including Drones, Cyber & Privacy Issues and Cannabis in the workplace.
