Registration: Wednesday 7:30am - 8:00am
Wednesday - 8:00am - 5:15pm
Thursday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday Exam - 9:00am - 11:00am (Optional)

BE ON TIME! Class begins promptly as scheduled with registration from 7:30am - 8:00am. Please remember that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late after the class begins, you WILL NOT receive CE credit.

**HOTEL INFO**: You are responsible for your own overnight accommodations. Overnight accommodations are NOT included in the institute registration fee. Room rate at The Beach House is $129 until 10/4/20 OR until room block is full - whichever occurs FIRST.

INSTITUTE CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or transfer within 10 business days of institute will incur a $125 processing fee. Other changes made within 30 days of institute will incur a $75 processing fee. If registrant does not attend and does not inform IIABSC prior to the seminar there will be no refund! ALL CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING.
