This class is open to all. It does update your CISR designation if you have one. 

William T Hold Seminars give us the opportunity to dig deeper into coverages that you briefly touched on in the CISR program. 

This course will focus on Proceed with Caution…Your Client Purchased a Condo & Challenges and Solutions in Personal Lines

This course kicks off by reviewing one of the most misunderstood forms of home ownership today, condominiums. They present a wide variety of issues, and discussion will explore the responsibilities of the Unit-Owner and the Association and how to provide your clients with the proper coverage to insure against these exposures.

The second half of the course delves into the significant exclusions and traps commonly found in most personal lines policies and challenge you to reconsider the advice you provide your clients. Topics include: host liquor liability, homeowner policies & motor vehicles, students away at school, where you reside, flood insurance (NFIP & private), insurance to value, personal auto traps and personal excess/umbrella gaps.

This seminar is NOT one of the classes required to earn your CISR designation. 

This is a live, virtual seminar. No exam is required for CE credit or for your CISR update. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund for cancellations within 10 business days of a class. Changes made within 10 business days of the class will incur a $45 processing fee. Substitutions are permitted with prior written notification. You must complete the program in its entirety. Refunds will not be granted due to partial attendance. If you do not attend, and do not notify IIABSC 24 hours prior to the seminar, you will not be allowed to transfer your registration fee and will not receive a refund. If you experience technical difficulties during the class and cannot complete it, IIABSC will transfer your registration fee to another CISR Live webinar, but no refund will be issued. All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing.
