In the CIC Agency Management Institute, you will learn how to apply the management theories, methods, and procedures necessary to operate a successful insurance agency. Leave the class prepared to implement strategies designed to increase agency profitability. Includes three hours of SC Ethics CE credit, which fulfills the biennial Ethics requirements for South Carolina licensed agents. Topics covered include:

EXAM INFORMATION (NOT required for CE or CIC Update)
The exam is required only for individuals who are earning the CIC designation. The exam is available online during an exam window the week after the institute.

BE ON TIME! Class begins promptly as scheduled with registration from 7:30am - 8:00am. Please remember that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late after the class begins, you WILL NOT receive CE credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund for cancellations within 10 business days of a class. Any changes made once class is scheduled will incur a $10 processing fee. Changes made within 10 business days of the class will incur a $135 processing fee. Changes made within 30 days of the institute will incur a $75 processing fee. Substitutions are permitted with prior written notification but are subject to the applicable change fee. You must complete the program in its entirety. Refunds will not be granted due to partial attendance. If you do not attend, and do not notify IIABSC 24 hours prior to the seminar, you will not be allowed to transfer your registration fee and will not receive a refund. If you experience technical difficulties during the webinar and cannot complete it, IIABSC will transfer your registration fee to another CISR Live webinar, but no refund will be issued. All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing.
