In today's workplace, women are making significant strides, breaking barriers, and shattering glass ceilings. However, amid these triumphs, a silent epidemic persists: burnout. As women juggle demanding careers, family responsibilities, and societal expectations, burnout looms as a persistent threat to their well-being and professional fulfillment.

Research shows that burnout, defined as a state of emotional, physical and mental exhaustion, is a challenge faced by a majority of professional women. To combat burnout effectively, we must address its root causes within the workplace culture. By recognizing the unique challenges they face and implementing targeted solutions, we can create a more equitable and empowering work environment for all.

This webinar explores what burnout actually is, how to recognize it in ones' self and others, and how women can avoid or recover from burnout when they experience it.
