Commercial Agent Training (CAT) Live Webinar Series 

The Commercial Agent Training (CAT) series will provide attendees with a broad understanding of the property and liability loss exposures faced by most commercial clients and the insurance coverages used for covering those exposures.

Developed based on feedback from IIABSC members, this series is designed to help agents train new employees in commercial insurance, or as a refresher course for current employees. The CAT series will help agents build a strong foundation in commercial lines insurance coverages.

This is a LIVE WEBINAR series. There are three Segments - Segment 1, Segment 2 and Segment 3. One Segment is taught each week, but broken down into two parts - Part A and Part B - which are taught on separate days. Participants must attend both Part A and Part B of a Segment to receive CE credit. Each Segment is filed for 7 hours of CE.   

Participants may attend individual Segments, or take all three Segments. Those that take all three Segments (6 webinars total) will receive an IIABSC Commercial Agent Training Series Certificate of Completion.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund for cancellations within 10 business days of Part A of a Segment. Changes made within 10 business days of Part A of a Segment will incur a $35 processing fee. No refund if participant completes only one of the two parts of a Segment. If you do not attend, and do not notify IIABSC 24 hours prior to the Part A of any Segment, you will not be allowed to transfer your registration fee and will not receive a refund. All cancellations and transfers must be submitted in writing
